Refund and Cancellation Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with the work we do. This policy explains what happens if you need to cancel a project, request a refund, or make changes to your service. Please read it carefully before starting a project with us.

Website design services

Once a project begins (meaning we have started building your site), the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit covers the time and resources allocated to your project from the moment work starts.

• Before work begins: if you cancel before we start building, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
• During the build: if you cancel after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. Any remaining balance not yet invoiced will not be charged.
• After delivery: once your site is delivered and live, no refunds will be issued. We will work with you to make revisions within the scope of your package.

603 Program

The 603 Program is a discounted service for vocational and trade school students. The same refund terms apply:

• Full refund if you cancel before your build session.
• No refund once your build session has taken place.
• If using a payment plan, remaining installments are still due after your build session. Missed payments may result in hosting suspension until the balance is resolved.

Payment plans

If you are on a payment plan, you agree to the full project cost at the time of signing. The payment plan is a convenience, not a trial. Cancellation of the payment plan does not cancel the project balance:

• Payments are automatically charged on the agreed schedule.
• If a payment fails, we will attempt to reach you before taking any action.
• After two missed payments, your site hosting may be paused until the balance is current.
• We will never send your account to collections without contacting you first.

Website checkup reports

Website checkup reports are a free service. There is nothing to refund. If you are unhappy with your report, let us know and we will make it right.

Revisions and changes

Each package includes a set number of revisions as described in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

Hosting and ongoing services

• Hosting and management fees are billed annually or as agreed in your service contract.
• You may cancel hosting at any time. Hosting fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.
• When you cancel hosting, we will provide you with all files and assets for your site so you can move to another provider.

Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge or believe you are owed a refund, reach out to us directly. We will review your situation and respond within 5 business days. We believe in fair resolution and will work with you to find a solution.
