MayhemTBD is a web design studio based in Bedford, New Hampshire, owned and operated by Zee Rohr. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means MayhemTBD.

- Website checkup form: your name, business name, website URL, email address, phone number, and details about your current site.
- Build configurator: the package and features you select when building a custom quote.
- Chat widget: if you choose to share your name and email through our chat assistant for follow-up purposes.
- Give back program applications: your name, contact information, and details relevant to the program you are applying for, including age for our Next Gen CEO and Kid CEO programs.
We also collect some information automatically when you visit our site:
- Analytics data: pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, and general location through Google Analytics.
- Hosting logs: IP addresses and request data collected by our hosting provider, Netlify.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide quotes.
- To build and maintain your website if you become a client.

- To understand how visitors use our site through analytics.
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

- Meta Pixel: advertising performance tracking (only on sites where this feature is enabled).
- Supabase: database services for our website checkup feature.
- Resend: email delivery for checkup reports and communications.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request (GPC signal honored). No further action is needed on your part.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you wish to exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data, contact us using the information below.
State privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law:
- California (CCPA/CPRA): California consumers have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. You may also limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Virginia (VCDPA): Virginia residents may access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling.
- Colorado (CPA): Colorado residents have the right to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling decisions.
- Connecticut (CTDPA): Connecticut residents have access, correction, deletion, data portability, and opt-out rights similar to those above.
- Texas (TDPSA): Texas residents may access, correct, delete, and obtain their personal data and opt out of targeted advertising and data sales.

New Hampshire residents
Under the New Hampshire Data Privacy Act (NHDPA), New Hampshire residents have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data. You also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below. We will respond within 45 days.
Children and young entrepreneurs
Our general website and services are not directed at children under 13. However, we do operate programs specifically designed for young entrepreneurs:
- Kid CEO: a free website program for business owners under 15. A parent or legal guardian must be involved in the application process and must provide consent before we collect or use any information from a child under 13.
- Next Gen CEO: a discounted website program for entrepreneurs under 21. Applicants under 18 must have parental or guardian involvement.
For participants under 13, we only collect the minimum information necessary to provide the service, and we do so with verifiable parental consent. A parent or guardian may review, request deletion of, or refuse further collection of their child's information at any time by contacting us. We do not use children's information for marketing or advertising purposes.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
How we use cookies
This site uses a limited number of cookies to improve your experience. Below is a list of cookies we use, their purpose, and how long they last:
- _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics) -- measures site traffic and usage patterns. Duration: up to 2 years. Category: analytics. Only active after you accept analytics cookies via our cookie banner.
- cookie_consent (first-party) -- remembers your cookie preferences so we do not ask again. Duration: 1 year. Category: necessary.
