1. What we provide

MayhemTBD builds media kit pages for content creators as part of the Creator Program. The free media kit includes a single page hosted on mayhemtbd.com with your name, photo, bio, social links, and contact information. Paid tiers and add-ons include additional features as described on the Creator Program page.

2. Ownership

Your content is yours. Any photos, text, bios, links, or media you provide remain your property. You grant MayhemTBD a license to display this content on your media kit page for as long as your kit is active.

The design and template are ours. The page layout, code, design elements, theme designs (including The Block themes), and MayhemTBD branding remain the property of MayhemTBD. Your media kit is a license to use our design, not ownership of it. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the template design.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you provide for your media kit page. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

You agree to maintain a pinned post on at least one of your social media platforms linking to your MayhemTBD creator page for as long as your kit is active.

You may not represent MayhemTBD as your web developer, agency, or business partner in contracts with brands or third parties without written permission from MayhemTBD.

4. Our rights

MayhemTBD reserves the right to decline any application, revoke any media kit, or remove any content at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This includes but is not limited to violations of our values, failure to maintain a pinned post, or content that conflicts with our brand.

MayhemTBD may feature your media kit page in our portfolio, marketing materials, or social media as an example of our work.

5. Payment and refunds

The free media kit is provided at no cost. Paid tiers and add-ons are billed at the prices listed on the Creator Program page at the time of purchase. Payment is accepted via Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo.

Paid upgrades are non-refundable once built. If you are unhappy with your upgrade, contact us and we will work with you to make it right, but we do not offer monetary refunds on completed work.

6. No guarantees

MayhemTBD does not guarantee any specific business outcome, brand deal, income, follower growth, or other result from having a media kit page. Your media kit is a tool. What you do with it is up to you.

7. Hosting and availability

Free media kit pages are hosted on mayhemtbd.com at no cost to you. MayhemTBD is not responsible for downtime, outages, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee 100% uptime.

8. Termination

You may request removal of your media kit page at any time by contacting us. MayhemTBD may terminate your participation in the Creator Program at any time. Upon termination, your page will be taken down and your content returned or deleted upon request.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Creator Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
